Saffron Capital is an alternative lender licensed with the Financial Service Regulatory Authority of Ontario ('FSRA'). We work with trusted Licensed Mortgage Brokers to finance borrowers' real estate goals when a conventional bank is not an option. We refer to ourselves as 'flexible' or 'unrestricted' lenders who are not subject to the same limitations banks, credit unions or other deposit taking institutions. Being unrestricted affords us the ability to be flexible and offer products that meet borrower's specific and unique needs on a deal-by-deal basis.
